Couples therapy in Las Vegas.
Online couples therapy in Nevada and Washington.

You’ve spent enough time feeling small to keep the peace.
It’s time to speak up, get your needs met, and build the kind of connection that grows deeper over time.
I love my partner, but…
Love is powerful, but it doesn’t automatically resolve the complexities that each of you brings into the relationship. You and your partner have your own histories, past experiences, and patterns of emotional expression.
You entered your relationship with dreams, hopes, and expectations. Some clear, others unspoken. As time has gone on, you’ve found that the reality doesn’t always match what you envisioned. Maybe you’ve felt disconnected, misunderstood, or frustrated by your partner. While resentment might’ve grown, this doesn’t have to define your relationship.
Right now you feel like…
You’re not feeling heard or understood by the person who’s supposed to be closest to you.
Setting boundaries feels risky. Speaking up might just make things worse.
Even when you’re in the same room, the distance between you feels huge.
You’re carrying resentment, frustration, or guilt, and wondering if it’s all on you to fix.
And more than anything, you miss feeling connected.
You want to feel…
You want to be able to share openly and feel truly heard.
You want to communicate with clarity and confidence without walking on eggshells.
You want a relationship that feels like a partnership, not a power struggle.
You want to be able to have tough conversations without them turning into full-blown arguments.
And you want tools that actually help, not just bandaids for deeper issues.

Therapy for ADHD Couples
It feels like you and your partner speak different languages. You make well-intentioned commitments, but struggle to follow through. This leads to frustration and resentment. You're always running late, and one of you feels burdened by needing to "pick up the slack" at home. Sometimes, ADHD makes it difficult for you to give your partner the attention and support that they need. To others, it seems like you have it all together. You recognize that this is because you're "masking," and everything falls apart when you get home. This struggle makes difficult to enjoy your time together. It’s time to make a change.
You want to be able to check off all of the items on your "to do list," and stay engaged in conversations with each other. You don’t want to be so quick to anger. You want to understand each other better. You need a therapist who understands the unique challenges that ADHD couples face. Thankfully, we understand this dynamic well.
