FAQs

Is this a 1099 role of w2 position?

This is a W2 role with full benefits included.

Will you panel me with insurance?

Yes. We are an insurance-base practice and we require you to work with insurance. All billing and credentialing costs are handled by Wandering Pine.

Is this virtual or in-person?

This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of two days/week in office required.

Can I apply before I’m fully licensed?

Not at this time. Check back in the future for positions for state licensed Interns.

Do I have to work on evenings or weekends?

No. You can create your own schedule. If you choose to work outside of normal business hours (M-F 8am to 4:30pm), you will be compensated an extra $2 per session.

Can I keep my private practice while I work for you?

We understand that it takes time to build a caseload, and don’t want your finances to suffer with the wait time. Because of this, we allow you to keep your practice open for the first 12 weeks of your employment. At that time, you may then choose to transfer your clients to Wandering Pine or another agency.

We will only review applications that meet the minimum requirements.

Is there a minimum number of clients that I’m required to see?

Is there room for growth?

In terms of compensation, you will earn raises at 12, 24, and 36 months of employment so long as you stay in good standing.
