Who I am, and how I got here:

I've always been drawn to the meaningful work of walking with individuals through life's most challenging transitions. There's a profound sense of purpose in bearing witness to someone's journey and helping them find their way forward. This deep connection inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting young adults and millennials navigating the complexities that can so often exacerbate mental health concerns.

Who I help:

I work with young adults and millennials who are feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of modern life. Whether it's the gripping anxiety that keeps you up at night, the relentless self-doubt that undermines your sense of worthiness, or the disorientation of a major life transition, I'm here to walk alongside you. Many of my clients find themselves trapped in patterns of worry, intrusive thoughts, and a pervasive belief that they're just not good enough.

This includes individuals struggling with the unique challenges of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I work to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to those seeking to break free from the constraints of obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. Whether it’s OCD, anxiety or a life transition that’s impacting you, you deserve to reclaim a profound sense of calm, confidence, and control in your life.

How I help:

I offer a collaborative approach to therapy. Therapy with me is warm, relational, and tailored to your unique experiences and strengths. We'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, drawing upon the resilience you've cultivated over a lifetime. Together we will work toward self-understanding and developing and refining the tools needed to navigate life's challenges.

Off the clock:

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll often find me indoors with my beloved golden retrievers, embarking on the endless quest for the perfect light roast coffee, or savoring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest winters.

I accept Aetna and Cigna insurance.
