Who I am, and how I got here:

I came to the profession of counseling as a “second act” to my life. I experienced the value of therapy firsthand after going through my own struggles. I then knew that this is what I wanted to do. I’ve now been a therapist for over a decade, and I love this job more every day.

Who I help:

I help men whose anxiety, fear, and self-doubt are getting in the way of living the life they want. If you haven’t heard of the phrase “imposter syndrome,” it refers to the feeling that causes someone to constantly doubt themselves and their abilities, despite evidence, and fear that they may be exposed as a fraud. Many of my clients struggle with imposter syndrome, even if they can’t put a name to it.

How I help:

As an EMDR therapist, my goal is to help clients replace their fearful and negative self-talk with healthier perspectives. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, self-doubt or depression, I’ll help you address the root cause of these issues. As a more confident person, you’ll excel in your personal and professional life.

Off the clock:

I enjoy traveling, getting outdoors, and a shit ton of other random hobbies. I also love spending time with my lovely wife, my doggo, and the rest of my family—especially my grandson!

I accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Premera, Regence, and United insurance.
